Competition Terms & Conditions

1. The Promoter

The promoter is: Full Swing Comps.

2. The Competition

2.1 These terms and conditions apply to all competitions listed on the Promoter’s website at www.fullswingcomps.com.

2.2 The Promoter may offer different formats for the competitions. Subject to clause 2.3, an entry fee is payable each time you enter.

2.3 To have a chance of winning, every entrant (“Entrant”) must correctly answer a question or solve a problem set by the Promoter (“Competition Question”). Where the Promoter offers an easy or multiple-choice question, or where no Competition Question is asked, a free entry route is available.

3. How to Enter

3.1 The competition will run from and include the opening and closing dates specified on the website. These dates shall be referred to as the “Opening Date” and “Closing Date” respectively. All times and dates are in London, England time.

3.2 The Promoter reserves the right to change the Opening and Closing Dates if absolutely necessary. Any changes will be displayed on the website. The Promoter will not extend the Closing Date solely to sell more entries.

3.3 All competition entries must be received by the Promoter by the specified time on the Closing Date. Late entries will be disqualified, and no refunds will be given.

3.4 The maximum number of entries to the competition will be stated on the website. Entry limits may apply if the maximum number is reached.

3.5 Entrants can enter the competition as many times as they wish until the maximum number of entries is reached. Free entries must be submitted separately, and bulk free entries will not be accepted as multiple entries.

3.6 To enter the competition: (a) Register for an account at www.fullswingcomps.com. (b) Select the competition you wish to enter. (c) Choose the number of tickets and answer the Competition Question. (d) Ensure the Competition Question is answered correctly for your entry to be valid. (e) Complete the order at checkout, agreeing to these terms and conditions by ticking the provided box.

3.7 All entries must be submitted in English. Entries in other languages will be disqualified without refund.

3.8 Unless entering via the free method, the Promoter will confirm receipt of your entry and whether your answer is correct.

3.9 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, lost, or delayed entries caused by equipment failure, technical issues, or other factors beyond its control.

3.10 By entering, you enter into a contract with the Promoter and agree to these terms and conditions.

3.11 Free entry method: (a) Send your entry by first or second-class post to: Full Swing Comps 27 Sandown Drive, Hereford, HR4 9LU. (b) Hand-delivered entries are not accepted. (c) Include the following details: (i) Full name; (ii) Address; (iii) Contact phone number and email (registered to your account); (iv) Competition name; (v) Answer to the Competition Question. (d) Incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified. (e) Free entries must arrive before the Closing Date and be processed within 48 hours of collection on Mondays and Thursdays. (f) Confirmation of receipt will be sent via email. (g) Bulk entries in one envelope will be treated as a single entry. (h) If entry caps are reached before receipt of your free entry, it will not be included in the draw. (i) An account must be registered on the website with details matching the free entry.

4. Choosing a Winner

4.1 Entrants who answer the Competition Question correctly will be entered into a random draw. If no Competition Question is asked, all entrants will be entered. The draw will be conducted using either wheelofnames.com, Google Random Number Generator, or a similar tool. The draw will be streamed live on Facebook and Instagram within three days of the Closing Date. In the event that a live stream does not take place, a video recording of the draw will be posted on our social media pages.

4.2 All entrants will have their names and entry numbers visible during the draw unless they contact the Promoter at contact@fullswingcomps.com at least 48 hours before the draw.

5. Eligibility

5.1 The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, except: (a) Employees of the Promoter; (b) Employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter; (c) Immediate family members or households of (a) or (b).

5.2 The Promoter may require proof of eligibility.

5.3 Entries will be disqualified if: (a) Automatically generated by computer; (b) Incomplete.

5.4 Conduct contrary to the spirit of the competition may result in disqualification.

5.5 Entry fees are non-refundable, including if: (a) You are found ineligible; (b) Eligibility criteria change after entry; (c) You are disqualified.

5.6 Fraudulent or malicious activity will void all entries.

6. The Prize

6.1 Prize details are available on the website. Prizes are subject to availability and may be substituted with one of equal or greater value.

6.2 The Promoter makes no warranties about the prize’s value or condition.

6.3 Prizes may be supplied by third parties. Cash alternatives are stated where applicable.

6.4 Prizes are non-transferable.

7. Winners

7.1 The Promoter’s decision is final.

7.2 Winners will be contacted using the details provided. If uncontactable or unclaimed within 30 days, the Promoter may select an alternative winner.

7.3 Major prize winners’ names will be published on the website unless an objection is made by contacting contact@fullswingcomps.com before the Closing Date.

8. Claiming the Prize

8.1 Prizes must be claimed personally and will be delivered free within the UK.

8.2 Contact details must be updated promptly to avoid delivery issues.

8.3 Cash prizes will only be transferred to a verified bank account. Failure to provide proof of account ownership within 14 days will result in disqualification.

8.4 The Promoter accepts no responsibility if a prize is unclaimed or undeliverable due to incorrect details.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Promoter is not liable for any loss or injury arising from prize use, except for negligence causing death or personal injury. Statutory rights are unaffected.

10. Data Protection and Publicity

10.1 Personal data will be used to administer the competition as outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

10.2 Winners’ details may be used for publicity unless the Promoter is notified otherwise.

10.3 Data removal requests will result in withdrawal from the competition.

11. General

11.1 Terms may be updated on the website.

11.2 Breaches of these terms may result in exclusion.

11.3 Competitions may be amended, suspended, or voided if necessary, but not due to lack of entries.

11.4 Competitions are not affiliated with Facebook or other social platforms.

11.5 English law governs these terms, with disputes resolved in English courts.
