Your entry must be submitted on a single, unenclosed postcard. Entries submitted on any other medium or with additional materials (such as enclosed items) will not be accepted. Entries must be posted via first or second-class mail. Hand-delivered entries or any entries sent through other means of delivery (such as courier or express services) will not be accepted. Please note that only entries sent via the postal service will be considered valid.

Your postcard must clearly display the following details: your full name, your full address, your contact telephone number, your email address (must be the one registered with your competition account), the name of the competition you are entering, and your answer to the competition question. Please ensure your entry is legible—if any part of your postcard is illegible or incomplete, your entry will be disqualified.

Your entry must be postmarked and received by the promoter prior to the competition's closing date. Entries received after the competition’s closing date will not be considered for the draw and will not be processed.

Only one entry per envelope is allowed. If you send multiple postcards in one envelope, they will be treated as a single entry, and only one entry will be counted. Any attempt to submit bulk entries (e.g., multiple postcards in a single envelope) will result in all such entries being counted as one single entry. If any entry exceeds the maximum allowed for the competition, it will be treated as a single entry. If the value of your postage is sufficient to allow multiple entries (for example, if it covers the cost of two or more stamps), the number of entries processed will be in accordance with the postage value, but only individual postcards are permitted for each entry.

If the total number of paid entries for the competition reaches the entry cap before your free entry is received, your entry will not be considered in the draw, regardless of when it arrives. It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure their free entry is received on time.

In order to process your free entry, you must have an active account registered on our website. The details on your registered account must match those provided on your entry postcard. Entries submitted without a matching account will not be processed. All the information provided on your postcard must match the details on your registered account (e.g., name, address, and email). Failure to meet this requirement may result in your entry being disqualified.

Once your entry has been processed and your details validated, you will receive a confirmation email, which will include your unique ticket number corresponding to the number of entries received. Please retain this confirmation email for your records.

All valid free entries will be processed promptly upon receipt to ensure they are treated equally to paid entries. You will receive an email confirming the processing of your entry and providing your unique ticket number. Please note, if your postcard does not meet the required criteria, it will not be processed, and you will not receive a confirmation email.

The promoter will not acknowledge or confirm whether your answer to the competition question is correct. The competition winner will be selected based on the random draw.

By entering the competition, you confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria set out in the full competition rules and agree to accept these terms and conditions. You must be a registered account holder on our website in order to enter, and your details must match the information provided on your postcard.

Any entry that does not meet the criteria outlined in these terms, including being incomplete, illegible, or received after the closing date, will be disqualified. Incomplete entries, including those missing required details, will not be processed.

All entries must be received by the closing date specified in the competition terms. Any entries received after the competition has closed will not be processed and will not be eligible for inclusion in the draw.
